Pension Payment Dates

Notice for SFPP Pensioners: Please accept our apologies if you are still experiencing a delay in receiving your pension payment, which was scheduled for deposit to your bank account July 29, 2021. Our pension benefit administrator has been advised by its financial institution, that pensioners who bank with CIBC, RBC, TD, BMO, ATB and Scotiabank should have received their direct deposit payments by end of the day on Thursday, July 29. Pensioners who use other financial institutions should have received their direct deposits by the end of day on July 30, 2021.

If you have not yet received your direct deposit and it is an urgent matter, contact our benefit administrator by calling the Client Service Advocate line at 1-888-643-1337 during the long weekend. Please leave a message and a member service representative will call you back before end of the day. Alternatively you can contact us via Secure Message through your secure online account or call our Member Services Centre on Tuesday, August 4, at 1-877-809-7377 during regular business hours.

SFPP Corporation will be looking into this matter and ensuring processes are improved so it does not happen again. Once again we apologize for this delay.

If you receive your pension payments by cheque, your cheque will be mailed on the dates shown in the list above. Receive your payment sooner by setting up direct deposit to your Canadian bank account. To do this, submit a Request for Direct Deposit form or void cheque through Secure Messages. If you don't receive your pension payment, please contact us.

Tax slips are issued for each calendar year and will be mailed by the end of February of the following year.
